Legion: Die Entwickler arbeiten an einer Lösung für die Probleme mit Khadgars verbessertem Diener
Bereits seit der Veröffentlichung der Erweiterung “Legion” in der letzten Woche beschweren sich immer mal wieder Spieler in den Battle.Net Foren und auf Reddit darüber, dass der aus der Pre-Quest stammende NPC “Khadgars verbesserter Diener” sie selbst nach dem Abschließen seiner Aufgabe noch immer verfolgt oder ihnen von Anfang an einfach keine Quest gegeben hat und ihren Helden einfach so hinterherläuft ohne ihnen die Pre-Quests anzubieten. Aufgrund der Vielzahl dieser derzeit noch immer auf diesen Plattformen auftauchenden Beschwerden zu diesem Thema hat sich Support Forum Agent Vrakthris bereits am vergangenen Wochenende in einem Beitrag zu diesem Problem in den Foren zu Wort gemeldet und dort verkündet, dass die Entwickler im Moment bereits an einer dauerhaften Lösung für diese beiden Bugs arbeiten.
Wer seinen “Khadgars verbesserter Diener” aber bereits jetzt loswerden möchte und nicht auf diese Lösung warten will, der sich kann dem Bluepost von Support Forum Agent Vrakthris zufolge ganz einfach über ein Ticket an die Gamemaster von World of Warcraft wenden, die diesen Fehler bei einzelnen Personen bereits jetzt beheben können. Dabei entfernen die Gamemaster diesen Diener dann ganz einfach von den Spielern, die die Pre-Quest bereits beendet haben, und schalten die normalerweise durch diesen NPC verteilte Aufgabe “In einem flüchtigen Augenblick” für die Personen frei, deren Einstieg in die neue Erweiterung bisher leider durch dieses Problem verhindert wurde.
Alright, it looks like some information that is being posted is getting lost simply because this thread is sitting at 21 pages now. I’m going to lock it and leave off with my last bit of advice so it can hopefully be seen.
If you have Khadgar’s Upgraded Servant but they are not offering you a quest at the moment you’ll need to submit a ticket so a Game Master can help. Our QA team is looking into that issue and are looking for a resolution.
The same goes for those who may have opted to skip the pre-launch questline and did not get “In the Blink of an Eye” because their questlog was full. A Game Master will need to grant that quest.
Both issues are being looked into and are a priority as they are holding folks back from progressing into the Broken Isle. We may have a resolution soon, but in the meantime put in a stuck ticket so a GM can take a look.
Select from World of Warcraft as the product then: Gameplay > Character Problem > Unable to Move
Be sure to state that you are unable to pick up the next quest as Khadgar’s Upgraded Servant doesn’t have any. Or, that you are unable to see Recruiter Lee (Alliance) or Holgar Stormaxe (Horde) to jump straight into Legion and get “In the Blink of an Eye”.
Note: Horde characters may be able to speak with Holgar Stormaxe to skip the quests (if you have completed the questline on another character. Unfortunately Recruiter Lee is no longer at their post to do the same for the Alliance.
If you are not experiencing those specific issues please check the list of quests for the pre-launch line and see if you need to speak to one of those NPC’s.
